Vanessa Bailon, NP

Adult ADHD Services

Vanessa Bailon is a Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the University of Manitoba. She has over nine years of experience in registered nursing across various sectors of medicine, including; general medicine, surgery, and renal health.

Her career includes travel nursing in northern Manitoba and British Columbia. She is noted for her recent work published in the Journal of Nurse Practitioners, which addresses transgender health and adolescent wellness.

Courtney Culham, NP

Adult ADHD Services

Courtney Culham is a Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of health care experience.

After working as a Registered Nurse for several years, Courtney pursued a Masters Degree in Nursing and Post Masters Nurse Practitioner Diploma at the University of Calgary. Since 2011, she has worked in a primary care clinic, specializing in adult primary care with a subspecialty of mental health and addiction medicine.

In addition to this practice, she works at an inpatient treatment facility for young adults with eating disorders. Previously, she has worked in acute pain, concurrent addictions and mental health inpatient treatment facilities, private medical and pharmaceutical sales, medical aesthetics, women’s health, as well as with diverse populations including professional athletes, the vulnerable, and those living in remote rural communities including the Northwest Territories.

Courtney is grateful for the opportunities she has been given to be trained and mentored by some of the most respected mental health clinicians in Calgary. When she is not providing dedicated services to you, will find her enjoying mother nature in all her glory with her family and friends.

Suzaine Opena is a Family Nurse Practitioner who moved to Vancouver two years ago after graduating from the University of Manitoba with her Master of Nursing degree. Additionally, she has over nine years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner in British Columbia, Suzaine has a specialized focus on providing comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan.

With a passion for both primary care and ADHD, Suzaine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in assessing, diagnosing and managing ADHD in adults.

Darcy Llewellyn, NP

Adult ADHD Services

Darcy Llewellyn is a family Nurse Practitioner with a personal interest in pediatrics and ADHD management. She has extensive experience practicing in the community in a pediatric-focused primary care clinic.

Darcy’s education started with her undergraduate nursing degree with distinction through BCIT, with a specialty nursing certificate in emergency pediatric nursing.

After four years of working as a registered nurse in the pediatric emergency department, Darcy started her Family Nurse Practitioner program through the University of British Columbia. In this program she was provided multiple clinical opportunities to learn more about primary care and ADHD management.

Darcy graduated from the UBC program with distinction. Today, she enjoys working with the amazing patients at Sparrow ADHD & Wellness.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and extensive experience across both public and private healthcare settings. I am also a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
