Vanessa Bailon, NP

Vanessa Bailon is a Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the University of Manitoba. She has over nine years of experience in registered nursing across various sectors of medicine, including; general medicine, surgery, and renal health.
Her career includes travel nursing in northern Manitoba and British Columbia. She is noted for her recent work published in the Journal of Nurse Practitioners, which addresses transgender health and adolescent wellness.
Lisa Cripps, NP
Adult ADHD Services
Lisa Cripps is a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in various medical areas. Including cardiac rehabilitation, neonatal care, and primary all-ages care.
She holds undergraduate degrees in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, and in Nursing from the University of Calgary. She then obtained her Masters of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner from Queen’s University.
Darcy Llewellyn, NP

Darcy Llewellyn is a family Nurse Practitioner with a personal interest in pediatrics and ADHD management. She has extensive experience practicing in the community in a pediatric focused primary care clinic.
Darcy’s education started with her undergraduate nursing degree with distinction through BCIT with a specialty nursing certificate in emergency pediatric nursing. After four years of working as a registered nurse in the pediatric emergency department, Darcy started her Family Nurse Practitioner program through the University of British Columbia.
Rachel Kjearsgaard, RCC

Rachel’s approach is anchored in empathy and collaboration. She integrates various evidence-based methodologies, such as narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), tailoring each session to her clients’ unique experiences. Rachel’s keen ability to listen deeply and ask thought-provoking questions empowers clients to explore their inner worlds, recognize their strengths, and embrace their true selves. Her mission is to guide clients towards finding joy and healing in their lives.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and extensive experience across both public and private healthcare settings. I am also a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
