Suzaine Opena is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is originally from Winnipeg. She moved to Vancouver two years ago after graduating from the University of Manitoba with her Master of Nursing degree. Additionally, she has over nine years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner in British Columbia, Suzaine has a specialized focus on providing comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan.
With a passion for both primary care and ADHD, Suzaine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in assessing, diagnosing and managing ADHD in adults.
Suzaine’s deep understanding of ADHD is further enhanced by staying up-to-date with the current research and best practices in the field. By combining evidence-based strategies with a personalized approach, Suzaine is dedicated to helping patients manage ADHD symptoms effectively, improving overall functioning, and enhancing their quality of life.
Outside of work, Suzaine enjoys trying new coffee shops & restaurants, travelling, spending time with her dogs and being in nature.
